If your order is defective or doesn’t match the description on our website, we will offer a full refund, replacement, or repair for the cost of the product. If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 weeks of receiving it. Since each order is custom-made with many options, we cannot reuse returned items. To make sure you are happy with your choice before ordering, we’re happy to send you samples or digital proofs. If you’re not satisfied with your order for any other reason, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
